Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 14 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

We are happy to accept returns of any garment that is unworn, undamaged, and still fitted with all security tags and labels and dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. We endeavor to handle your refund request as quickly as possible at all times.

Please return your items along with your returns form to: Cynjach Design, The Engine House, Alexandra Road, Castletown, Isle of Man, IM91TG.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

All items must be returned with all tags, where applicable, in their original condition. We take steps to ensure that all goods and parcels that leave our warehouse are in perfect condition. However, should you receive an item that is faulty, such as becoming damaged in transit, you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will be able to assist you with exchanges or alternatives., excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange something for the same item in a different colour or size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping will be charged again for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange for different items, if you would like a different item please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be refunded as a store credit.

SALE AND LATE RETURNS

Products purchased online under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price can still be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition. Sale items will be refunded as a store credit.

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Cynjach and will only be refunded as a store credit.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or mishandling.
