I had issues with the shipping process and reported to the seller. Eva was so patient and understanding and helped me in trying to recover the package. Couldn't locate the package and sent out another one and it arrived safely. The dress is so beautiful in person and it was worth the wait. The quality is amazing. Thank you so much.
I received my order but I am disappointed. I ordered a size xxs and received a size s. As a result, the trench coat is way TOO BIG. However, when placing the order the designer contacted me to confirm the desired size. But I end up with an item of clothing that is too big. I'm disapointed.

J'ai commandé une taille xxs et j'ai reçu une taille s. De ce fait, le trench coat est beaucoup TROP GRAND. Or, lors du passage de la commande la créatrice avait pris contact avec moi afin de confirmer la taille souhaité. Mais je me retrouve avec un vêtement trop grand. Je suis déçue.
