Shipping Policy:
1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Custom or bespoke orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs ; We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the destination. All shipping costs will be clearly stated at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes; Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Custom or bespoke orders may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.
5. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy:
1. Returns for Bespoke Orders: Due to the custom nature of bespoke clothing, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that all measurements and specifications are accurate before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photographs of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
3. Incorrect Orders; If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and provide you with the correct item at no additional cost.
4. Cancellation Policy: Orders for bespoke clothing may be canceled within 3hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the products.
5. Return Shipping Costs: For approved returns, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
