DELASIE is a fashion brand that specializes in custom and ready-to-wear handmade clothing and accessories that merge both functional, timeless design with meaningful fabrics for men, women, and children. DELASIE provides high-quality clothing and crafts by connecting with local artisans across the continent. All clothing is made from the best quality of raw materials that are transformed into exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces that can proudly be shown off. Each of our patterned fabrics used in designing our pieces have meaningful omens. Our intention is to create a positive ripple effect by designing each piece with a positve message, we want our clients to look good, so they feel good, and do good.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the ship date received. Delasie will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Delasie product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 1 days of receipt. If not reported, we will be unable to issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exchanges
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

All items ending in $.96, $.97,$.98 are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.
Damaged Items
We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD if you include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
CUSTOM CLOTHING
Due to the process that bespoke orders go through, once custom clothing orders are completed, refunds cannot be issued.
