SALE POLICY
RETURNS & POLICIES
Items are to be shipped back within: 15 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be:
1. Packed securely in the original product packaging.
2. Returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
3. Unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted, Kindly check though before proceeding.

All returned shipping charges must be prepaid as we do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending items to be returned with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES
We allow shipping cost negotiations for exchanges, both to and fro, we cannot ensure the availability of returned items upon receipt, but we will issue you a store credit once we've received your returned items. You will be able to use this to order another item of choice.

SHIPPING
In a situation where you need to return/exchange an item due to a change in the order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable

DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at [email protected]; returned items will be fully refunded, inclusive of shipping costs (up to $20.00 USD provided you also include all paperwork, packaging, and accessories itemizing the returned shipping cost). The settlement will be done via PayPal.

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.
A refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded for cancelation requests after 24 hours but not for cancelation requests after 36 hours after purchase.

PRICE CHANGE
Our prices can change due to increased cost in production, demand and supply, promos etc.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, after which it will be shipped out.

SHIPPING RATES
Calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of our courier service DHL to ensure the packages are delivered. Items will be re-sent if it cannot be tracked.

CUSTOM CHARGES
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Kindly note that we have no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are solely your responsibility.
