Sale Policy

Article 1 Purpose The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Mrs. Llagonne and her clients in connection with the sale of the following goods: accessories, clothing, decorative objects and household linen. Any service performed by Mrs. Llagonne implies the unreserved acceptance of the buyer to these general conditions of sale. Article 2 Presentation of the products The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the Afrikrea website. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. Mrs Llagonne can not be held liable if errors have occurred. All the texts and images presented on the Afrikrea website are reserved, for the whole world, under the rights of author and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden. Article 3 Period of validity of the offers of sale The products are offered for sale until the stock is exhausted. In case of order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by email or by post. Article 4 Price of the products The site indicates the prices in euros all taxes included, except shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when selecting a product by the customer and shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the customer. Mrs. Llagonne reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products ordered are billed at the price in effect at the time of order registration. The proposed rates include the rebates and rebates that Mrs Llagonne would have to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the purchaser of certain services. No discount will be granted in case of advance payment. Article 5 Order The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the page "Summary of your order" after having accepted these terms of sale. Afrikrea confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the right of withdrawal of the customer. This is archived under the conditions and legal deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations Department. Article 6 Terms of payment Payment cash orders by credit card. Article 7 Period of withdrawal The Purchaser has a period of fourteen clear days, from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of where applicable, return fees. If the fourteen day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company shall reimburse the Buyer for all amounts paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised. Article 9 Delivery Any product is delivered without guarantee as to the deadlines, except for the deliveries to the private individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed, for an address in mainland France, the day of payment + 8 days and, for other destinations, the day of payment + 1 month.
