We deal in african clothing. All our products are exclusive, original designs of formal, ceremonial and casual clothes for men women and children. We pay special attention to our clients requests and ensure we meet their specific demands.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
1. Please see the size guide provided on the site.
2. Customers who want clothes they order to be sewn to fit must provide us with their recent and accurate measurement (in inches) and height (in feet).
3. Clothes ordered by clients using the size guide are accepted and made as such.
4. To ensure that we know exactly how clients want clothes they order to look on them, every customer making order from us must call or WhatsApp +233277206604.
5. We do not accept cancellation and/or return of clothes made to customers' specifications and delivered within agreed time. No refund will be made for such.
6. Once customers' order is accepted, any changes thereafter to clothing type, style and/or colour selections shall be considered by us as separate order for which all stated terms and conditions shall apply.
7. Customers who wish to adjust their measurements slightly (not outright change of measurement) for a current order should inform us within 24 hours from time of acceptance of order, otherwise we shall not be responsible for misinformation of measurement or any issues that arise therefrom.
8. Customers should follow-up on every shipment using tracking number we provide them. You are required to inform us of receipt of shipped products or otherwise.
