I would rate this ZERO because I have never received my PAID FOR item. I attempted to do a return/refund, but the system them indicates that I've received the item. Even to leave this comment the option is 'confirm reception' but no where on the site is there a clearly delineated place to identify that the paying customer has NOT RECEIVED the item. Afrikrea needs to make the refund policy seemless for the paying customer. Horrible experience and will be sure to let others know not to shop in this direction. I did not have money to give away.
