Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Please note that sales of made to order, customised or personalised items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Orders
We accept for exchange, un-used items in the condition received/purchased and its original packaging, within 7 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders.
Cost of returns will be borne by the Customer.
We only offer a refund if the product is defective.
Please note that Custom Orders are non-refundable.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective.
