Crafted and tailored in Southern Africa, our pieces have echoes of the savanna. Soft unyielding curves and unusual forms that can only be attributed to the gentle influence of sun soaked mornings, bush birdsongs at sunset and fearsome thunderstorms.

RETURNS:
Please include your receipt in your package
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES:
We can exchange items depending on stock levels. If the item you want to exchange for is sold out at the time you return your item please be prepared to select another item or wait until we restock.

Exchange for one of a kind piece - In the event that the piece you want is already sold we will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. You'll be able to use this to order another item.
The gift card never expires.

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Kindly note that our delivery date from dispatch is up to 9 days. If you have trouble tracking your package we are happy to help:)

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at [email protected]
Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $20.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

CREDIT:
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once we receive them. Please allow 3-5 days to process your return. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

CANCELLATION:
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Our prices change in response to demand, precious metals/gemstone prices, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out.

SHIPPING RATES:

Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Items listed as ‘MADE TO ORDER’ have longer processing times. Dispatch dates are stated in the product description and vary between items.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?:

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 3-4 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOMS CHARGES:

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. EILEEN M has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
