Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders Embody Accessories will not be responsible for delays due to customs. Any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect you can return it to us in its original condition for an exchange(excludes earrings and all sale/discounted items). We do not offer refunds but we will exchange the piece. A store credit will be granted in some instances. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways should the return be not caused by a manufacturing defect and also a 12% restocking fee will be deducted. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.
You have a total of 10 days after receiving and contacting the seller to ensure the item/s are returned to the return address on the package in their original packaging with all tags attached. This includes pieces that may have defects caused by us. Any items received after 10 days of receipt will incur a 12% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
Items will be returned to the buyer should they be received after 10 days of contacting the seller
For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. There are no returns on sale items unless the item is physically damaged.
Late Returns
Unfortunately late returns will not be honored. Items should be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt. Failure to do this will result in items being returned to you. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns that are damaged, or used will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
