We offer free shipping but are not responsible for paying your taxes or any import duties charged to you. Please check custom laws regarding imports to your country before placing an order, as we will NOT be held responsible for any charges or import duties/tax levied by DHL or your local custom bodies.

We work hard at ensuring you derive utmost satisfaction from our products but in the unfortunate event where you do not, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product so we are able to offer an exchange or refund. Please note, we do NOT accept refunds for wrong size selection, we have a size guide detailed on our website to aid with selecting the right size, kindly check this as 99.9% of the time, the item will fit great if the closest size is selected. However, if you want to return an item for other reasons, we will exchange the product if we are contacted and the item is returned within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be returned unused (unworn, unwashed, without make up or other stains and with the tags still attached) to qualify for a refund/return. If assessed and the product does not meet up to our return requirement, the product will be returned back to the sender and money not refunded. Kindly check the size guide and in some product cases, length descriptions to enable you purchase correctly. Refunds will only be granted if the item is received at the stipulated time. We advise that you return your order within 24-48 hours to be liable for an exchange or refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in every case, even when item is bought with free shipping, if a return is requested, shipping fees will be deducted from amount paid by the customer before refund is made as shipping fees were paid to send the item to you, the customer. Shipping Charges for exchanges will be paid by you, the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom color, size (if measurements are provided) or print orders (colors that the item posted does not originally come in, that will mean you requested this color and it was made for you) sale items, intimates (including swim wear). All purchases on sale items are final.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

YES we ship to ALL countries. Shipping charge is flat on orders within 0kg – 2kg. We will send shipping fees based on country and package weight once requested. DHL is our preferred shipping company. Please go through their site for any questions you might want answered.

Return/Exchange terms and conditions stipulated above apply to international orders.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for all deliveries. Cost of exchanges will be borne by the customer and not us.
