1. Purpose These general conditions govern the sale and export of personalized gadgets with African inspirations by our company. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions in their entirety. 2. Products Our personalized gadgets are created using quality materials and respecting African patterns and traditions. However, please note that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in terms of patterns, colors and dimensions especially for wooden items 3. Orders Orders can be placed via this website or by any other means of communication specified by our company. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when ordering, particularly regarding personalization details. The customer has the choice between the different patterns or models that are available. The customer can therefore choose a pattern and send us the text needed for personalization (case 1). If the customer wishes to change the available patterns, he will need to provide us with his model to print (case 2). Note that in both cases, the customer will receive a simulation of the finished product before finishing. 4. Price and payment Product prices are indicated in euros and do not include delivery costs or any taxes or customs duties. Payment must be made in the currency specified by our company, by accepted payment methods (visa, ANKA wallet) 5. Delivery We undertake to ship the products as soon as possible, once the order is confirmed and payment has been received. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistical constraints. The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible delivery address. 6. Returns and Refunds Due to the personalized nature of our products, only products returned in their original condition and packaging will be accepted. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or have visibly been used cannot be returned. The customer must notify us of any problems within 48 hours of receiving the products. You have 07 days from receipt of the items to return the item(s) that do not suit you, justifying the reason to Ethnico. returns will not be accepted; thank you for your understanding . 7.
