All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. ETNICA has no say over customs duty and this varies between countries. Such fees are your responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Approved returns will be processed for a store credit.

Because we are always updating our inventory to reflect creative and bold trends we can't ensure the items you want will be available and in the desired sizes by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.

Use the email address associated with your order for your return.

Choose store credit to complete your return request, after which your return ID will be provided and return instructions will be emailed to you.

Returns are only valid within 30 days after delivery date, If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve your return request.

Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, we shall be unable to process such requests

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, where possible.

All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.

The store credit does not expire.
