Sale Policy
Our return policy is that you have 60 calendar days from the day you receive your product, during which you must request a return.
The return request must be made to us via message. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the return and if it is accepted, we will send you a receipt (label) of return shipment as well as instructions on the procedure to follow to return your package. We will not accept the return of those items for which the return has not been previously requested in the manner explained.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and solve the problem quickly for you.
Exceptions/non-refundable items
No returns will be accepted on discounted items, special promotions and campaigns or gift cards.
For changes
For greater speed and security in your return you must send us the article to change, once received and accepted, you can make a new purchase of the desired item.
For Returns/Refunds
Once we have received the item, we will proceed to check the product and inform you if the return is accepted or not. If so, we will automatically refund the cost of the product to the original payment method. We remind you that your bank or credit card company needs some time to process and refund the amount, which may take a few days.
