SHIPPING WITHIN NIGERIA

Delivery within Lagos takes 3-5 working days while deliveries to other states in Nigeria takes 5-7 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International deliveries take 7-10 working days. All international deliveries are fulfilled by DHL.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from us may be exchanged for any other item of the same value or fully refunded under any of the following circumstances:
• The item must be in its new and perfect condition with the tag still intact as it was at the time of delivery to the customer. Items that have been worn, damaged or stained will not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
• Items delivered within Lagos - If the purchased item is returned within three (3) working days from the delivery date.
• Items delivered to other States in Nigeria - If the purchased item is returned within five (5) working days from the delivery date.
• For items delivered to other countries - If the purchased item is returned within ten (10) working days from the delivery date.
• The item must be in our physical possession within the above stipulated timeline in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
IN – STORE PURCHASES

In-store purchases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes items physically picked up from the store on behalf of a client by a third party.

REFUND PROCESS

• All refunds are issued less shipping charges through the mode of payment used by the customer to purchase.
• The customer is responsible for the payment of any further delivery fee required for any exchanges. The re-delivery fee will be the same as the original shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered.
• Upon our receipt of the returned item, an exchange will be shipped within the applicable delivery timeline above. Where a refund is requested, it will be issued within 2-4 working days.
