Free returns are only available in 60 working days after negotiations are made between the two parties and reached into agreement. All lost and damaged products are set to be reported to the seller in not more than 7 working days as soon as the products are received by the buyer. It is the buyers' responsibility to inform the seller that the products received are in good condition or not; in not more than the above set days after the set delivery dates are complete. Therefore feel free to report in case of any loss or damage. However, no money will be refunded for a lost or damaged product(s). Any lost or damaged product(s) will be refunded in an exchange of a similar agreed upon product of a buyer's choice.
