Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 5 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

All our products are Handmade to order (Braided wigs, clothing etc).

Please leave 10-14 working days for processing of your orders depending on the style. Please note that for braided wig styles like micro twist , give 2 - 3 weeks because the braids are needle-like (tiny) in size.

We do not accept refund unless customer received a damaged or wrong order. We will of process refunds if initiated 5 days after receipt of your order.
For products with wromg size or fit, Refund will only be initiated if after the returned package meets the above criteria and is inspected and confirmed as not used by the buyer.

Customers are responsible for their custom fees payment should in case this is required.

It is the responsibility of a customer to provide accurate measurement to work with and as such we are not liable for wrong measurement sent by a customer.

Communication is exchanged extensively right before production starts.
