At Thatpurpledot, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the bespoke nature of many of our garments, our return policy is tailored to meet industry standards while ensuring fairness for all parties involved. We offer returns in the form of exchanges, not monetary refunds. Please note that exchanges are limited to the same design originally ordered, and a new or different design cannot be requested based on a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for returns.
Ready-to-wear items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt by the customer.
Custom-made or luxury orders: Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt.

Return Request Process:
To initiate a return, the customer must contact the sales team within the specified return window. The sales team will review the request to determine eligibility based on the company’s return policy.
The customer will be provided with clear instructions on how and where to ship the product.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on Thatpurpledot’s part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect).
Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the product within 3 days.

Return Handling and Inspection:
Upon receiving the returned item, the Quality Control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Only items that meet the conditions will be processed for exchanges.

Customer Communication:
Customers will be kept informed at each stage of the return process, from return authorization to inspection and final resolution.
Once the return is approved exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
