Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
We only accept returns on items that are damaged or defective.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are exempt from being returned. For hygiene reasons underwear and swimwear can not be returned.
We also accept exchanges if you order the wrong size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please return all items unworn and in original packaging with any tags still attached. Please note shipping fees are non refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Hintof Print you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
