2. Each piece is as unique as you, so expect a bit of variation from what you see on our website. But trust us, it'll be even more fabulous!
3. While we can't control the postal service, we'll ship your order as soon as it's ready, and provide a tracking number.

4. All sales are final, but if something isn't quite right, just let us know. We'll do our best to make it right, whether that's a refund or a replacement.

5. Prices may change depending on materials and labor costs, but we'll always give you a heads up before you order.
