Terms and Conditions SHIPPING When will my order be shipped? Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the next day, excluding holidays and weekends, and will usually be shipped within 3 business days pending availability and credit check. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Delivery, processing or shipping times do not include Saturdays Sundays and holidays. International Orders House of uBuhle ships all DDU (unpaid duties and taxes). There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not included in the shipping charges and House of uBuhle is not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs. The shipping costs only cover shipping costs to the address provided by the customer. In addition, we are not responsible for delivery times / dates because Customs may choose to hold the packages. FAQ What information does House of uBuhle collect? We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us by e-mail or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Our privacy policy may change from time to time and we will update our page with any changes. Availability of items The availability of items is indicated in the product details page. All available colors and sizes will be displayed and available in the description section. Although we make every effort to maintain a sufficient stock of items listed on our site, we occasionally sell certain products. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you by e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in the total of your order as well as your shipping confirmation. Do you have sizing information? We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. We also added a link to a size chart for each product in the product detail page. Reference size charts to help determine your size when ordering. Since sizing and size vary from brand to brand, please use this chart as a general guide for comparing different size scales. We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. How can I track my order? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number of your package. International orders All international orders are shipped via USPS. UBuhle's house ships all DDU parcels (duties and taxes not paid). All import and customs fees must be paid by the customer. RETURN POLICY Here are the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is not refundable. Received a defective item? We are sorry to hear this, please contact us via [email protected] with more details about the problem within 7 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to consider this for you. How to return Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a sealed and secure packaging. Return the package using the counters at your local post office and get proof of postage at the post office. Please do not post the package in the mailbox without obtaining a certificate or publication tracking. Please note that returns will be made at your expense. Exchanges We do not offer an exchange for the moment. You can return your item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order to get the item of your choice. Contact our customer service to find out if you can trade for different sizes and if it is available in the store. Refunds and refunds will be processed in approximately 28 business days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving your return.
