Sale Policy

Delivery: Standard delivery in France - € 3.95 or free if the order totals € 100 or more. Delivered within 3 working days. Next day delivery in France - € 4.95. Delivered the next working day if ordered before 13h. Please note orders placed after 13:00 Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered Tuesday. All orders in France are shipped with La Poste and UPS and are fully traceable. Please note that La Poste and UPS will not be delivering holidays. Returns: We are happy to accept returns, any product that is not worn and still equipped with all security tags and that is shipped to us within 14 days of receipt. We have a return deposit located in Paris, which facilitates the return of your items. Just send us an email for the return address to [email protected] with your order number and the reason you want to return your item (s). Your payment will be credited to the credit card of the original buyer. Returns for refund will be made within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the item. However, card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary widely between card issuers. Unfortunately, we have no power over this type of situation. We only refund the shipping costs if there was an error with the order. Items advertised as free shipping that are returned for refund will be billed for shipping charges that apply to the particular country in which they were shipped. Please ensure that your order confirmation voucher with your name and order number is included in the package. If you do not do this, the refund process may be delayed. All goods must be returned in their original condition, along with the original labels and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return and returned to the shipper if they are not in their original condition. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges for deliveries that are declined and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. The redemption value for international orders placed in a non-EURO (€) currency will be based on the daily exchange rate.
