Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order in the fastest possible time and in the order your orders are placed. For orders in the UK, we aim to deliver within 2 to 7 working days once we have received confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery for international orders may vary. In the unlikely event that your delivery time takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel your order and you will be issued a full refund. If we fail to deliver the items within 30 days of the date of the order confirmation, you may cancel the order and we will reimburse you the price paid for the items and any delivery costs paid. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there's an issue with your order, we'll get in touch with you to find the best possible solution. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage to your order will be limited to the total price of your order.

Rates for international shipping may vary, subject to your global location. The currency of payment will be that of the rate given by PayPal at the time of purchase.

Our ability to fulfil any part of the purchase contract will be suspended for the period of time that any event outside our control continues, and we will have a period of time to get your order to you during that period. We will do everything we can to bring the event outside our control to a close or to find a solution so that our obligations under the contract may be carried out despite the event outside our control.

Refunds and exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns of any garments that are not worn, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and still fitted with the original tags/labels matches what you ordered. Your return will need to be dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery to your chosen address. If the items are outside of the exchange period we will not be able to accept returns. Please note that we are unable to exchange jewellery and under garment items due to hygiene reasons.

We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue you with store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge). Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s payment method. Please remember to fill in the RETURN SLIP with your order number and allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed.
