Sale Policy

RERTURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange. However, our returns and exchange policy was created to ensure that if you do need to, this process is as stress-free as possible.

Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up stains. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you can either enclose in your package or digitally send it to [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

LATE REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE
Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or colour.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders typically take 2 -3 business days to process before they are shipped. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

SHIPPING
all domestic orders are shipped via DHL
Domestic orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive- inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking please contact DHL with any issues with delivery times.

all international orders are shipped via DHL
International orders are sent out via DHL. International orders will take up to 3 - 7 business days to deliver. Shipping time depends on final destination country.

Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control.

We try our best to make sure duties on our products remain low- but if you are an international buyer, some duties may apply.

DHL has end-to-end tracking. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

If you suspect your item has been lost in transit- please put in a claim with DHL before sending an email to [email protected]. We cannot assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number. Once obtaining a claim number we will sort it out and you will not be left without either a replacement or a refund
