Refunds and Exchanges

• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

All our products are handmade and as a result, may vary minimally. Please bear in mind that each item may look slightly different to those in the pictures, due to the nature of the fabric. So this enhances the uniqueness of each product. The pictures may appear slightly lighter or darker depending on your computer/device monitor resolution.

Return/ Exchange Policy: We accept returns and exchanges. In order to be eligible for the return or exchange, you must return the product, within 10 days of delivery. The product must be in the condition you received it and not used or damaged in any way. After we have received it, we shall process your refund/exchange. All shipping/delivery cost (to/fro) shall be borne by you. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
