Sale Policy

Our footwears are only available for pre-order and therefore takes 5-7 working days to be processed. This doesn’t include delivery duration. We give these number of days to contain every order we get in a week and the labor that goes into producing each one. Kindly exercise patience as we make your amazing footwear.

Deliveries are within 1-2 working days within Lagos, 1-3 working days for Lagos Outskirts, and 2-5 working days outside Lagos.

All orders going outside Lagos are trackable on Dhl.com.ng and you will get a tracking number on request.

Kindly ensure your phone line is reachable within the stipulated delivery time frame as your package might be dropped off to a 3rd party at the given address if you are unreachable.

Please note that deliveries might be delayed due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Should you notice a shipping error, damage, or defect in your order, or will like to return for other reasons, kindly notify customer service within 24 hours of shipment delivery. We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 72 hours after you indicate a return request. After due procedure and error is noted to be from our end; shipping errors, damage, or defects are on our tab

When a return request is made, two scheduled attempts within 72 hours will be made at your convenience. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you may not be able to return your product to us anymore.

Kindly ask every question regarding products and read through the product description to enable you to purchase the right product as we may not accept returns for these reasons.

Cash refunds will only be granted if an item is not delivered at a stipulated delivery time or as a result of any fault of ours. For other reasons, the value of the return items will be kept as store credits and can be used by the customer at any time.

Returns must be in unused condition accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, gifts, and invoice where applicable. Original packaging must not be damaged or defective. John and Joan will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.

We do not accept returns on sale items or giveaways. We also do not accept returns on pickup items because we expect that you must have gone through your package and checked the item well before leaving the pickup location.

A notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information. Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival.

Please note, John and Joan does not refund shipping costs.

Pack your return merchandise with care as John and Joan cannot take responsibility for items damaged due to improper packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be returned to the customer.
