• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

SHIPPING

OUR CURRENT COMPLETION TIME FOR SINGLE ORDERS IS 1-2 WEEKS. EXCLUDING SHIPPING

We use reputable courier services to give you the best shipping costs and security.
You only pay what we pay! Once your item has shipped you will be notified.
JenniDezigns is NOT responsible for tracking your item once it has left our hands.
International customers will be subject to their own local customs fees.
For packages that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED, the buyer is responsible for paying postage to re-send.

REFUNDS&EXCHANGES
All our items are made with the greatest of care and to the highest standard – I (Jenny) am quite the A-type personality!

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you need to do this within 24 hours of purchase. After that we are not able to offer refunds as it is likely we have already pulled stock, cut fabric or started working on your order.

Refunds and exchanges will not be given in the case where the wrong size, colour or address details have been provided. A size chart is available to help you choose the best size – if you are unsure about sizing please message us before you make your purchase so we can help.

WHOLESALE
JENNYDEZIGNS IS ABLE TO ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS;
Minimum order of 20 items/ style, with a minimum of 3 styles
Orders started on receipt of a 50% deposit, and released on receipt of final payment
Time to delivery dependant on volume of order, but will be agreed upfront. Current delivery is 6-8 weeks, excluding transport
Orders less than 20 items/ style can be negotiated on separate terms

OTHER POLICIES
Current completion times vary depending on the item. Completion time is the actual time it takes to finish your order and package it. If you need your order COMPLETED (not completed and in your hands) in less than 2 weeks kindly message us BEFORE you purchase to make sure it can be done, and so we can discuss priority postage options if needs be.
