JewelzByJai is a 100% HANDMADE company, meaning I DO NOT buy and resell pieces. ALL ORDERS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS MADE TO ORDER by me IN THE ORDER IN WHICH PIECES WERE PURCHASED. There is an estimated 7 - 21 day turnaround time. There is a chance that your order could ship sooner, but speed of shipping depends upon the number of orders I have ahead of yours.
JewelzByJai's business days are Monday - Friday; Saturday & Sunday are dedicated to family, local vending events, and making new pieces. The confirmation that your order has been received will come in the form of an email immediately after purchase. Upon shipping your order tracking information will be sent via PayPal.
*Depending on the item's destination it can take 3 - 21 (sometime longer due to postal delays) business days to reach you, destinations abroad vary as each country has different customs policies.
*International tracking for countries other than Canada is extremely limited. In most cases the most USPS is able to show is the point in which the order leaves the country & no more than that. If you wish to track your international purchase from start to finish send me an email & I will invoice you the cost of the shipping upgrade.
*IF YOU NEED AN ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE PLEASE EMAIL ME BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
