RETURNS
we only accept returns when the mistake is from us. Make sure you inform us about the error with your item immediately it is received and ship back to us within 2 weeks. The item must be in same condition,with all receipts and packages if possible. Please note that worn items re not accepted.
The buyer will be responsible to ship this/these item(s) to us and also the replacement back to the buyer.

EXCHANGES
we will replace returned items with any other one the buyer wants provided the price is the same . If there is any difference in price, the buyer would have to pay it . However, if this item(s) is/are no longer available at the time, the buyer may need to pick another item.

PROCESSING TIME
Allow 3 to 10 days to process your item. This is because all items custom made. However, the process can be hasten if items are needed on a specific date. Please do inform us about this immediately after your order.

SHIPPING
We ship via DHL and it takes 2 to 5 days to delivery items to all locations.

ITEM LOST
If items get lost before buyer receives them, the buyer will be allowed to pick another item and we will be responsible for the shipping fee.
