Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 15 days after reception.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

Every item is Handmade in my home studio in Portugal.
I hand cut and sew, press, , pack and send every piece.

Your package will be shipped in 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed
Payments are expected within a 7 days of purchase.
If you require more time, please contact me before your purchase. I am always willing to work with you.
The order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping can take up to 21 business days (from the moment the item is sent), though it often arrives before.
