Sale Policy

1. When a listing has two or more images of different designs, kindly specify the item to be shipped after placing the order . preferably within 48 hours of order, however if contacted and no response within 7 days, either of the item will be shipped and we will not be liable for refund/ return of the item.

2. All our items are handmade, they have slight variations and so we always contact the seller within 24 hours of order before we process the shipment to affirm everything is okay. We love to listen for individual needs and customize the items in such a case. with clear images of the making process and the end product, we value effective communication and checking up the transit tracking number until our clients have the items delivered at doorstep.
