Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

1.We provide our customers with pictures of our products and upon satisfaction once purchased and shipped products cannot be returned.
2. Our business terms is strictly cash before delivery for all products and we encourage our customers to fully make a decision before sending payment.
3. Cancelation of an order after payment has been received is possible only 8 hours from time of receiving the payment into our bank account. And upon cancelation 10% of value of received funds will be forfeited to cover expenses.
4. Our delivery period from date of payment is 14 days for us to provide shipment documentation as evidence of delivery of a paid order. However we cannot guarantee the date of collection as that entirely depends on the location of the customer and circumstances beyond our control.
5. Our product quality is informed by the Handmade products framework as guided by the international laws. While our manufacturing processes shall make sure that the quality is as high as possible but we cannot accept comparison of our products against big manufacturing companies.
6. The laws governing these terms and conditions is that of Kenya government.
