Kiddies Vibe’s return and exchange policy work according to a certain set of rules. It helps our customers to return or exchange the product that they find faulty or unwanted.
Kiddies Vibe offers you a return or exchange for your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase on special cases where the reason for return is a designer mistake. We can offer store credit or exchange for a more comfortable size or a different item in the store. All sales are final so before purchasing make sure you check our size chart and equally to help you pick your correct size. Any item that qualifies for return or exchange must be unused and unworn and with the original tags.
We require you to show us the proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to complete the return or exchange process. As soon as we finish inspecting the returned item and it qualifies for a return (this is on rare occasions), we will start the refund process through the original method of payment.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to bear the cost of any shipping associated with returning their goods (unless it is a mistake from us) so, we will only refund you less the shipping charges. We are not liable for the loss of any goods being exchanged. We advise a trackable shipping option is used.

As per our return and exchange policy, Once your request to return or exchange your goods is received and processed, we notify you to send your item(s) if you qualify for a return or exchange and let you know if you do not qualify. After receiving the return, we will inspect the item you have returned. If it passes the inspection, we will process the refund and will refund you through the original payment method.
After we accept the returned item, we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item for exchange if applicable. In some cases we may only need to alter or modify an item to fix any issue it may have at no extra cost to you.
Repairs and Damages
Kindly check your order upon receiving and notify us as soon as possible if an item is faulty or damaged or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can assess the situation as as soon as possible. If we do not receive any feedback from you about the item you received after 2 days, we assume that the package you received is in good condition and any complaint regarding the item after the 2 days will not be attended to.
