AVAILABILITY Kréa'Liso products are handcrafted and therefore handmade and produced to order within the limits of available stocks of raw materials. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we are committed to keeping you informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. Kréa'Liso incurs no liability in case of out of stock or unavailability of products. PRODUCTS & CONTROLS Depending on the devices and brightness of the computer equipment, some color variations may occur on the photos that are displayed. In case of questions about the products, you can naturally contact me by message. Knowing that all my pieces are made by hand and according to requests: A time of preparation of the order of 5 to 10 days is estimated for each order (if urgent, do not hesitate to send me a message). This order preparation time is different from the delivery time which is 3 days to more depending on your region or country. DELIVERY Orders are sent by La Poste in: - Letters followed for products whose width is less than 3 cm. -Colissimo followed for other products. Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your cart. Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the package and its destination and the service chosen. When shipping the order, we automatically send you the tracking number of the package. From the beginning and until its arrival, you have the possibility to follow your parcel by indicating its number of sending on the site of La Poste. I strongly advise you to be attentive to avoid any loss or return. Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Kréa'Liso agrees to exchange or refund products you are not satisfied with. You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to return the products. Please contact me before returning an item. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees may be retained in case of return from a country outside the European Union. Damaged or incomplete items will not be returned and will be returned as is, at your expense. You will be reimbursed directly on your client portfolio by Afrikréa.com
