• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Reasons for returns
Wrong item was sent: If you received a completely different item from what was listed on the website, (without you accepting that the item be sent) you may be able to return it for an exchange
Product is damaged when delivered but the shipping packaging is not  
Missing or broken parts: this applies not to the item itself but the attachments such as belt etc. that comes with it
Received extra item I didn't buy: Something extra got packaged with your order
Incorrect size or product

Conditions of Return
Items must be returned in their original condition (securely wrapped, with original packaging including our delivery slip and labels attached)
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Kindly note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
NB: We do not accept returns unless we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

Refund
We give refund for returns provided the item(s) returned is in its original condition as delivered (with original packaging and labels attached).
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 15 days of delivery for refund.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery for exchange.
Kindly note that buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
