Sale Policy

SHIPPING POLICY + SHIPPING RETURN: 1. Orders are processed within one (1) business day of receiving your order. 2. Shipping is done during business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. 3. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the next business day. 4. In case of a large volume period, the processing of your order may take 1 or 2 more days. 5. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can then track your order with the tracking information provided. 6. Once your order has shipped, be aware that we do not control the delays of the shipping companies. 7. Once you have chosen your shipping method, the chargers will automatically be calculated at checkout before finalizing your order. RETURN: Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges of sneakers and pierced earrings / jewelry. 1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to our distribution center in its original condition and unused within 14 days of the delivery date, along with a duly completed return slip for an exchange, a refund or a credit in store. 2. The returned item is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or by using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 3.The costs of sending the original article to LEMUORAH are the responsibility of the customer. We will compensate by covering the shipping costs of the exchange item. We ask you to provide confirmation of proof of shipment. 4. The returned package will be subject to a thorough review and we will contact you by e-mail to inform you that your exchange has been accepted or rejected (depending on the condition of the item). We will issue a store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge), provided our products are not damaged and returned to a resale condition. 5. Please allow 14 business days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed. 6. LEMUORAH reserves the right to suspend the refund if the products are not returned in their original condition and / or if our products have been damaged after a point of sale due to abuse or neglect. 7. We only sell items made from these items.
