EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we try, in general, to process your complaints with flexibility and speed. SALES, PRIVATE SALES AND ARCHIVES In the context of Sales, Sweet Prices or Private Sales, product returns will be the responsibility of the customer, including for France.
