Processing Time: The time I need to process an order varies. For more information, see item descriptions. Customs and import taxes: Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (food or flowers for example) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons) Promotional items Return conditions The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility. Receipt of delivery The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Any error on the delivery address or on the entry of an incorrect email address by the Customer, engages its responsibility. If the package is returned to us by the carrier for the following reasons: incomplete address, incorrect address or package not claimed on time, the cost of returning your package will be borne by the Customer Lost package / Never arrived the Customer must inform the customer service of LOBIKO and the Post Office to initiate the opening of an investigation. Delivery We deliver in mainland France, EU, DOM and TOM. being based in France, orders are prepared and shipped from France within 3 working days. There is no weekend shipping.
