Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be held responsible by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or item please state your request on the exchange/returns form. Once we receive it, please wait for 5* business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery.

If you require your item urgently we recommend repurchasing to avoid missing out on stock, and so you receive your item sooner.
We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day.

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges and exchange to Lois Regalia.
Faulty Product:
Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
