Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

If I have any reason to accept returns (only exceptions). Buyers must ship items within three days after items have been received. Failure to do so the buyers will be liable for any decision taken by the seller.

It’s the responsibility of the buyer to read product description before making payment. Most of our items are handmade so they might be different in color or style. The buyer is responsible to contact seller for any question regarding the item before purchase.
