GUARANTEE The products of the Machab Design collection are made from African fabric. These fabrics are imported here in Canada where the design and manufacture are made. All our fabrics are carefully chosen for your satisfaction. If it still happens that you detect an anomaly in one of our products, please notify us within a reasonable time. We will make a point of satisfying you. We can not guarantee items sold for more than 6 months. REFUNDS OR RETURNS Items made in African fabric: The item can be returned for an exchange or a refund by returning it with the original labels, undamaged and unwashed accompanied by the original invoice within 7 working days from the date of receipt, the seal of the post office being the date. Postage costs are not refundable. You must therefore assume the delivery costs for all returns of goods. After 7 working days and up to 30 working days inclusively, we will only accept exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund if the customer has not respected the conditions described above. If the customer wishes to make an exchange or a refund, he must inform us by email or telephone before returning the article. As we are a craft company, we may not be able to exchange an article with colors identical to that originally ordered. If accepted, the returns will be refunded on the credit card used during the original purchase. When returning the item, please keep proof of shipment from your carrier. Machab Design can not be held responsible for returns of merchandise not received or damaged during transport. Please pack and seal perfectly your return shipment.
