Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 7 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Exchanges
Please note that currently, no refunds are accepted, only exchanges within 10 days of receipt for a different size.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if there is a sizing issue or the item is defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 210 Woodridge Crescent, Ottawa ON K2B 8E9.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where an exchange is not possible such as (but not limited to) when the item is visibly worn.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement mailed out within 5-7 business days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
