I simply did not expect my handbag to arrive crumpled, shrink wrapped like a sandwich AND wet. I truly feel it is a total disregard for the customer. And then POOR workmanship with the TINY zipper snagging EVERY time it is zipped or unzipped because the snap closure was placed far TOO CLOSE to the zipper. The tiny zipper is more fit to be used with a small purse or wallet. Not a handbag that is shown filled with fruit or even possibly towels for the beach… Unbelievable.

Why on earth would a delivery person place a package near the end of the steps instead of near the door, on THE PORCH to protect the package from a downpour??? Why? I just can’t understand it.

Why wouldn’t the designer check the handbag’s zipper BEFORE shipping it to me? Why, WHY did the designers place such a tiny zipper for a handbag that know and expect to receive high usage?

Do you understand why I gave ONE star. They don’t even deserve that full star.
