UK -Standard Shipping

Standard delivery with tracking is provided within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.

UK - Express Shipping

Express delivery with tracking is provided within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

International Shipping - Standard

Standard airmail delivery with tracking is provided after receipt of payment and should take 1-2 weeks.

International Shipping - Express

Express delivery is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for this to be arranged.

Return & Exchange Policy
Full refund of an item (excluding the postage cost) is available within 28 days of product purchase and after the item has been received. Items must be returned in the original condition, as such, they must not be washed, stained, damaged, or altered.

By exception, the sale/promotional items and custom orders can only be returned for exchanges only rather than a full refund.
