Sale Policy

KNL is a Limited Liability Company with a capital of 1500 €, RCS 843 965 633, which exploits the rights of the brand MyPrettyWig. You can cancel your order within 15 days of receipt. Return costs are your responsibility. You have 14 days to return the item from the date of receipt. We strongly recommend that you ask for proof of shipment. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom items, made to measure such as, special colors, cuts, special options, products processed according to customer requirements. If the item you are returning to us is damaged, worn or in poor condition, we will not be able to refund you and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the cost of delivery. All items are inspected upon their return. They must be intact, no loose threads, lace should not be cut, no product should be used on the hair, and no coloring test, the hair should be in their original texture of their receipt and odorless. All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging as far as possible, including labels. The satin bags must imperatively be returned undamaged, otherwise you will be charged 20 €. All orders are subject to product availability. We will inform you in case of supply difficulties or if the products are no longer in stock and we reserve the right to inform you about the possibility of ordering replacement products of the same or higher quality or value. If you do not wish to order these replacement products, we will reimburse any amounts incurred up to thirty (30) days from the day you made this payment.
