General conditions of sale Article 1: Scope of application Article 2: Purpose The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the conditions under which the seller sells the handmade wax clothing and accessories that he offers for sale on his site. Article 3: Prices and delivery costs The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They do not include delivery costs, which are charged extra. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. They are indicated at the time of validation of the order. Article 4: Order To place an order, the customer must create an account on the site. He must then select the products he wishes to order and add them to his basket. He must then validate his order and choose the payment method. The order will only be validated after receipt of payment. Article 5: Delivery The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the site. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to contact the seller's customer service. Article 6: Right of withdrawal In accordance with European legislation on consumer protection, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of his order. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of his decision by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an e-mail to the following address: [e-mail address]. The customer must then return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice, to the following address: [seller's address]. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Article 7: Guarantee The products are guaranteed against hidden defects in accordance with current legislation. Article 8: Dispute resolution In the event of a dispute, the customer undertakes to contact the seller's customer service in order to try to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts. Article 9: General clauses These general conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of modification of these general conditions of sale, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order.
