**Terms and Conditions of Sale**

1. Our Products:
All our products are made-to-order and personalized. In the event that an item is out of stock, we promptly remove it from the site. If you make a payment for an unavailable product, you will be offered the option to select another item from the collection, or we will issue a full refund.

2. Prices:
Prices are valid only at the time of placing an order. Prices may be subject to change. The price displayed on the site at the time of order placement is the only price that applies between the parties. The price displayed includes **international shipping costs** via postal services.

3. Delivery:
Your order will be shipped within **14 days maximum** after receiving your payment. A confirmation email, including the tracking number, will be sent to you upon shipment.
NH Creativ delivers worldwide through **local postal services**. We do not currently deliver via courier.
Please contact us before placing an order if you are located outside Europe, America, or Oceania to confirm whether we can deliver to your country.

4. Order Production and Cancellation:
Our products are made-to-order. All items are printed and the items made specifically for the customer's order. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. We recommend reviewing all details before confirming your order.
If you need to modify your order, it must be done before production begins. Once production starts, it is no longer possible to change the order.

5. No Right of Withdrawal:
As per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products. Therefore, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are possible once production has started.
For future orders with urgent deadlines, please inform us before placing the order so we can ensure timely delivery. If you change your mind or select the wrong size, items are not eligible for a refund. To avoid mistakes, we recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.

6. Exchanges & Returns:
As all items are printed and made to order, and therefore won't be eligible for a refund if you change your mind or select the wrong size. To ensure you receive the right size, please consult the size guide on each product page.
Items with a proven manufacturing defect can be exchanged or refunded.
Any defective product must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographic proof sent via email before returning the item to the address we provide. The item must be in its original condition and not have been worn or tried on to be eligible for exchange. Only defective items will be replaced due to the personalization.

7. The Package is Indicated as "Delivered" but the Customer Has Not Received Their Order:
NH Creativ does not cover the cost of reshipping a new package if the tracking information indicates "delivered". We rely on the tracking data provided by the postal service.
Often, the package may have been left with a neighbor, caretaker, or at the post office due to delivery constraints. If the delivery person cannot leave the package in the letterbox or at the door, it may be held at the nearest post office.
We recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number and a valid ID to collect your package.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order, you automatically accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
