Nomi Handmade is a South African textile-jewelry brand that specializes in minimalist, shweshwe designs. We incorporate various supporting materials, including metallic threads and t-shirt yarn to name a few, as well as a variety of techniques like macrame and thread wrapping. Our pieces are lightweight and, where possible, hypoallergenic. We have been proudly serving a global customer base since 2016.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
If your parcel crosses international borders, it may be subject to the duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. NOMI HANDMADE has no control over these charges and they are your responsibility.
RETURNS
If the item you receive doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect, please let NOMI HANDMADE know within 7 days of receipt - please take a picture of the manufacturing defect and the receipt from your local post office/customs as proof of delivery date. Please mail the item back within 7 days of alerting NOMI HANDMADE.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original or similar packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all stationery and packaging). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Return shipping charges is for the customer's account. We do not accept COD; parcels returned in this manner will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should a parcel get lost without tracking, the refund will not be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include tracking so that you know when NOMI HANDMADE has received that parcel.
CREDIT
Please allow 1-3 days from the date NOMI HANDMADE receives the parcel to process your return.
NON-DELIVERY OF PARCEL
All parcels are shipped with tracking. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact your local post office and quote the tracking number supplied.
