RETURNS & POLICIES
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.All returned shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend sending your returned items with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Refunds are made on your Afrikrea virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

AVAILABILITY
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges at your own shipping cost, both to and fro, we cannot ensure availability of returned items upon receipt, but we will issue you a store credit once we've received your returned items. You'll be able to use this to order another item of choice.

SHIPPING
Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over $250. Orders under $250 will be charged at $10 for shipping per order. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable,

DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at [email protected]; returned items will be fully refunded, inclusive of shipping costs (up to $20.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the returned shipping cost and the item is damaged).

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

PRICE CHANGE
All prices shown are cash prices in US Dollars ($). The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately; once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of our courier service DHL to ensure packages are delivered. Items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

CUSTOM CHARGES
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. We have no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are solely your responsibility.
